Lead Instructional Designer
A firm-wide strategic learning program designed to demystify Artificial Intelligence for legal professionals. The initiative moved beyond buzzwords to focus on practical applications, ethical considerations, and the specific impact of generative AI on the legal practice.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to create content that was accessible to non-technical staff while remaining rigorous enough for senior technology leaders. We needed to address fears around AI displacement while encouraging adoption of new tools.
The Solution
My team and I developed a tiered curriculum starting with 'AI Fundamentals' and progressing to advanced topics, and role-specific electives. We utilized micro-learning for quick concepts and interactive case studies for ethical dilemmas.

Project Lead
A comprehensive overhaul of the global new hire onboarding process. The goal was to reduce 'time to productivity' and improve the new hire experience by replacing a week of disjointed live sessions with a blended learning approach.
The Challenge
New hires reported feeling overwhelmed by information overload during their first month. Retention of key firm software tools was low, and the administrative burden on technology training staff was high due to repetitive live presentations.
The Solution
We shifted 60% of the content to self-paced interactive e-learning modules. Live sessions were repurposed for topics that required hands-on instructor training. This reduced the live training footprint by 3 days.
