Rolled out via the LMS with a target certification program to keep learners on track.
The Solution
My team and I developed a tiered curriculum starting with 'AI Fundamentals' and progressing to advanced topics, and role-specific electives. We utilized micro-learning for quick concepts and interactive case studies for ethical dilemmas.
